Skin Treatments We Offer

Our three-step approach

  1. Look closely: a full review of your skin, health history, products and lifestyle, with lab testing when it may add useful information.
  2. Make a plan: a personalized plan that may combine nutrition, lifestyle and a topical routine for your skin.
  3. Treat inside and out: in-clinic treatments such as gua sha, facial acupuncture or LED light therapy, alongside the support you do at home.
02A Holistic

A Holistic Approach to Your Skin

Skin is influenced by many things beyond what you put on it, including sleep, stress, hormones, digestion and nutrition. A naturopathic approach looks at these alongside your in-clinic treatments and suggests practical changes. For concerns such as acne or skin changes linked to hormones, a naturopathic visit may be a good place to start.

Results vary from person to person, and facial treatments are not a substitute for medical care of skin conditions. We will explain what to expect for your goals before you begin.

03Is It

Is It Right for You?

Before your first treatment we review your health history, skin concerns, medications and skin-care routine. Facial treatments may not be suitable, or may need to wait, if you have an active skin infection, open wounds, a recent sunburn, or had a cosmetic procedure such as injectables, a chemical peel or laser treatment in the past few weeks. Tell us if you are pregnant, take blood thinners, use retinoids or other prescription skin products, or have a light-sensitive condition. If a concern needs medical assessment, such as a changing mole or severe acne, we will suggest you see your family doctor or a dermatologist.
