To give back to our community, and to help make wellness accessible there is no cost associated with joining us for our Sunday Community Runs!
A GO GET IT ATTITUDE! – It’s not about being the quickest to the finish line, but about what you did to get there! Otherwise, our recommendations are your comfiest running attire. Dress weather appropriate, tights, shorts, sweaters, t-shirts, etc. and comfortable sneakers! Hydration!
Not at all! We are a group of diverse individuals, who simply love being on this journey together. Whether its your first time tying a pair of sneakers, or you are a seasoned runner. It’s about community, and getting up and moving! We want wellness to be a part of your lifestyle.
100% bring your friends, sisters, fathers, brothers, and fur buddies! The more the merrier. Registering before each run is a huge help when we structure our runs for the Sunday to come, and we ensure our routes are accessible to everyone.
Though we are not offering a formal run program, we are going to be offering once-a-month workshops on important topics regarding running! From how to pick a great running sneaker, to the importance of recovery, or how to fuel for longer runs, our team of movement professionals will offer education
Our homebase Art of Mobility does have a washroom that is sizeable for getting changed in. We do not have a full shower set up at this time.
