During your first session, our coach will conduct a comprehensive consultation to understand your health history, dietary habits, lifestyle, and health goals. They’ll then create a personalized nutrition program for you. The coaching session itself involves a discussion with the coach, where you can ask questions, receive guidance, and learn about nutrition.
