About AOM

Art of Mobility is a modern longevity clinic that helps you live a longer, healthier life. We combine hands-on therapy, clinical expertise, and wellness strategies across physical, emotional, and lifestyle health. Whether you’re managing stress, rebuilding strength, or optimizing long-term health, we’re here to support the whole you.

Most clinics treat isolated symptoms. We look at your full health story—movement, mindset, metabolism, and more—and design personalized care to help you thrive. Our Longevity Model blends physical therapy, psychotherapy, nutrition, and naturopathic medicine into one cohesive experience.

Our Longevity Model is a five-pillar framework designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and age smarter. We combine movement therapy, nutrition, sleep optimization, emotional wellness, and targeted supplementation into a personalized plan that supports your body from the inside out.

Yes. Our entire model is grounded in the latest evidence from physiotherapy, integrative wellness, and the emerging field of longevity medicine. We actively apply research on prevention, aging, and whole-person care to deliver personalized strategies that support long-term health—not just short-term recovery.

Your First Visit

You’ll start with a one-on-one consultation and full-body assessment. We’ll look at movement, sleep, stress, and nutrition—then deliver personalized treatment and a Longevity Plan tailored to your goals.

Yes. We blend assessment and hands-on therapy in the first session, so you leave with progress—not just paperwork.

That’s completely fine. We work with clients of all fitness levels and health backgrounds. Our focus is on building a plan that meets you where you are.

Your Care Plan

With a full team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, naturopaths, psychotherapists, and more, finding your match is simple. We’ll guide you to the right expert—or team—based on your goals, preferences, and the kind of support you’re looking for.

Many private insurance plans in Ontario offer partial or full coverage for services such as physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, naturopathy, psychotherapy, and nutrition counseling. Your provider will recommend a care cadence based on your goals. Some clients visit weekly, others monthly—we’ll help you find the right rhythm.

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your session to avoid late fees.
